Moon Lee --- Defamation for certain!

No reasonable person would create the most notorious and scandalous extramarital affair by her doing and then keep lying about it over ten years later and continue to blame innocent victims of her malfeasance.  This behavior really makes Moon Lee a villain worthy of eternal damnation and ridicule.

I am extremely happy with the work of team of lawyers that will find an extraordinary way to re-litigate her historic scandalous misconduct.  Moon Lee own choice of actions makes her deserving of more public disclosure of the facts.  No persons can avoid be confronted with the truth.  It is her persistent false claims of innocence that will bring about further shame.

Every time Moon Lee chooses to make false statements about our marriage and divorce (now a long time ago), she will still face legal challenge in order to keep the record straight.  The pursuit and respect of the truth demands that.  Only an idiot would suggest that the more “gentlemanly” action should be to forget about her misdeeds.

My life with my wife is an open book always.  Everyone in the world can know what we are doing --- there is no shame to hide.  Yet when Moon makes false statements now and in the future, she will face legal challenge.  Defamation occurs ONLY if one makes false claims.  I have made public statements about Moon’s truthful and factual actions that have brought her shame and ended our marriage.  I have even published a book entitled “The Two Faces of the Moon”.  And Moon Lee has never sued me for any reason.  Why?  It is clear that Moon can never have evidence to show that my statement of facts is untrue.  And Moon Lee has been in hiding in shame for all these years after the divorce -- let me assure you that it is not for privacy.  In all her blog writings and interview, it is never revealed what she is actually doing or her whereabouts.  

Phoenix TV deserves to be sued for being her “loudspeaker” to tell lies that hurt my reputation.  Her scandal had been worldwide news for over a decade and the television station must have known that they would be another version of the truth.  Phoenix TV would be grossly handicapped in the upcoming lawsuit if Moon does not come to court as witness to defend herself.  I would be ecstatic if she would come face to face to confront the evidence that I would pile up against her.
The fireworks of the truth will indeed be glaring.  I challenge her to come and face this lawsuit.  She loses if she hides, and she loses even more spectacularly if she would choose to show up in Court.  Tough choice!
